Driven by a deep desire to understand the infinitely large world, Élise has been passionate about astrophysics since CÉGEP. Currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in physics at the University of Montreal, she is eager to dive into research in order to contribute to the discovery and explanation of stellar and planetary phenomena. Supervised by Jonathan Gagné, Élise will join the iREx team for an internship focused on the identification and the characterization of isolated planetary-mass objects in young associations located in the solar neighborhood.
