Katie Christie

Katie is a second year student at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa in the Honours Astrophysics Program. She has always been deeply fascinated with being able to understand and explain different phenomena in the universe. This fascination motivated her to pursue her dream degree in astrophysics. She enjoys expanding her knowledge through her classes, events, books, and media.

Katie is so excited to begin research that can contribute to our understanding of planetary-mass objects and to work with Dr. Jonathan Gagné this summer.
